1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and OiO Travels ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the OiO Travels website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked (flights, hotels, tours, etc.). Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, required for your journey. We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates. OiO Travels and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
